A premium and high quality MCT oil which contains ~99% of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), Caprylic and Capric acids. MCTs are a unique form of plant saturated fats with shorter fatty acid chains, that are easily digested and converted into energy, and are thus less likely to be stored in the body as fats. They are also known to exhibit amazing anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties.

Derived from coconuts. No added preservatives, colourings or additives of animal origins, and free of unhealthy trans fatty acids. It has a very mild coconut aroma and taste, rendering it light and easily palatable.

Recommended usage and applications:
• Direct oral consumption as a dietary supplement, preferably with or after meals
• Salad dressings or infuse into marinate, dishes and beverage
• Not recommended for cooking. Smokes easily above 100 °C.
